Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez works as a television arbitrator at Caso Cerrado. She also hosts Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the host and producer on Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" which is among the most watched Spanish-language programs on the network. It was nominated as the Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in 2015. The show was ranked as the highest across all demos. Polo was born April 11, 1959 in Havana, Cuba and went on to attend Florida International University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in the field of political science. She then earned an PhD in law from the University of Miami, and practiced for twenty decades in Miami. Following her PhD in law from University of Miami in law and working in the law profession for 20 years, she returned to Miami city for over 20 years. Polo first appeared on television in 2001 on Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. She also participated in courts shows which tapped into her knowledge. Literature and Awards In 1958, she wrote Los Hijos Muertos. This novel was awarded the Critic's Prize and the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute left Spain to move to her home in the United States in 1960. She is a breast cancer survivor. Polo frequently speaks and raises money for the charity. Polo has been a vocal activist for LGBT rights her entire career. She received her law degree in 1987 from University of Miami School of Law.
